Bradley Geddes, CFP®

Bradley is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with professional experience in financial advisory, capital markets, and corporate finance that started in 2009. Bradley is working towards becoming a CFA® Charterholder, most recently passing the Level 1 exam. His background includes co-founding a SaaS company in San Francisco, where he served as CFO and honed his ability to solve complex financial challenges—a skillset he now brings to his work with retirees and families seeking thoughtful, strategic retirement plans.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Washington, graduating magna cum laude. While there, he led the UW Finance Association and co-founded a student organization focused on preparing students for careers in management consulting.
At Decker Retirement Planning, Bradley combines analytical rigor with a personable, client-first approach. He believes every client deserves not just a portfolio of investments, but a strategy built around their goals, values, and family priorities. His unique ability to blend deep technical knowledge with clear, down-to-earth communication has made him a trusted advisor to clients navigating some of life’s biggest financial decisions.
Bradley and his wife live in Tiburon, California, where they are raising their three young children. A lifelong learner and competitor, Bradley has completed nine Ironman races and continues to train for endurance events. When he’s not helping clients or training, he can usually be found coaching sports teams for his kids, tending a backyard garden and beehive, or cooking for family and friends.
