Josh Hunsaker is the Chief Operating Officer at Decker Retirement Planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Utah Valley University. In addition to his current role, Josh holds his Series 65 and life insurance licenses and is an active member of both the investment committee and the trading team.

Josh is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience and streamlining operations to help the firm grow while staying true to its mission. He thrives on finding practical solutions that make a lasting impact for both clients and team members.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys exploring the outdoors, hiking, and camping. He enjoys BBQ smoking, and you’ll often find him experimenting with new recipes. A lifelong Utah native, Josh is a huge fan of the Utah Hockey Club and plays in a local amateur hockey league.
