Marc is the Financial Planner at Decker Retirement Planning office in Bellevue, WA, and a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.  He has over a decade of experience in Wealth Management and Financial Advising.  He brings with him a client-first perspective that allows him to work alongside clients as a fiduciary and consultant.

Originally an Edmonds kid, Marc grew up in the Pacific Northwest before serving 10 years as a Cryptologist in the US Navy, working in the Navy Intelligence field in support of global, strategic, and tactical missions in various regions, including multiple deployments overseas.  While serving in the Navy, he married his wife, Melissa, and had 2 boys, Jonah and Luke, who love to keep him on his toes!  Marc graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Business and Finance.

Marc is passionate about aligning personal values with finances, creating a vision for the future that goes beyond wealth but builds toward a much more fulfilling, intentional life.  This can often fold in conversations around personal growth & education, charitable giving, generational planning, and impact investing in causes that are important to you.

Along with spending time with his family, Marc enjoys cooking, reading, fishing, riding his motorcycle, road trips, and enjoying a cup of coffee and conversations with good friends.  He is actively involved in his community and his church, always looking to build others up and offer encouragement whenever possible.
